About the CVV2 number on back of credit card?

When you find a product you would like to purchase, use the Shopping Cart. When you check out you will notice that we have no shipping costs, that's because we won't know the cost until we know what you are ordering and your location.

We will then e-mail you back with the shipping & handling charges.  Please remember to check your spam filter for woody@woodyswabbits.com. Sometimes my shipping cost notice ends up there.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

There is a 10% restocking fee on all unused and not damaged product returns. Unless it is our fault for sending wrong items

EXCHANGES:

You are responsible for return shipping. You will get full credit for merchandise on your new order.

CANCELLATIONS:

If cancellation is before item is shipped you will not be billed. If item has shipped you will be reponsible for return shipping cost.

WARRANTY POLICIES:

We will replace damaged goods upon proof of damage in shipping. Cage warranty. Cages will be replaced if cage has manufacturing defects and we are notified within 10 days. Any other problem will be under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in any way we can.

All non US orders must be paid thru PayPal.
